Tomoo Gokita

Born in Tokyo in 1969. She attracted attention in the 1990s with her drawings, and published her first collection of works, "Lingerie Wrestling," in 2000. Following an exhibition in New York, she has held solo exhibitions at the Kawamura Memorial DIC Museum of Art, Tokyo Opera City Art Gallery, and Dallas Contemporary. She is also the artist who gave her the impetus to start loosejoints.
